To all Church Workers
Whether you are new to the calling that the Lord has given you or have been involved in church work for years, we welcome you on behalf of the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML). This short video will introduce you to how the LWML connects with church workers.
We praise God for you and your dedication to share His love with those around you. The LWML website is full of devotional resources that have been through the LCMS doctrinal review process for you to use in your ministry.

LWML is a vibrant organization with a mission of sharing Christ with the world by funding mission grants through mite offerings, sharing the Gospel with others through doctrinally reviewed and approved resources, and focusing on growing each woman’s relationship with her Lord and Savior. Look at “Who We Are” for more information on LWML.
A great way for LWML to let Church Workers know their value is to make them feel welcomed when arriving in your district, zone, or church. Church Workers also need to know they are appreciated after many years of service. There are many LWML prepared resources listed below that can help in both cases. You can start by sharing the Church Workers in Mission brochure (color or black and white). Thank you for all you are doing to be supportive and encouraging to God's Workers in the Church. TO GOD BE ALL GLORY AND PRAISE!

The purpose of the Church Workers in Mission committee is to:
- Encourage LWML women to build relationships with pastors and church workers so we may partner together to spread the Gospel.
- Provide resources to LWML members so that they can support pastors and church workers in their congregations.
- Provide and promote resources to LWML district and zone pastoral counselors so they can more effectively support their respective groups.
- Provide information on new LCMS rostered workers to districts so that LWML members can welcome them, make them aware of the mission of the LWML, and provide them with LWML resources that can assist them in their ministry.
TO GOD BE ALL GLORY AND PRAISE!
