Intergenerational Mentoring
Do you run into barriers when it comes to mentoring a person who is younger or older than you? Intergenerational Mentoring from Lutheran Hour Ministries will equip you to break down common barriers and develop a mentoring relationship.
Sign up is free to access the course along with the Lutheran Hour Ministries full learning library. Log on here and click on "Intergenerational Mentoring." The course includes downloadable documents, a discussion guide, audio and video recordings, journal prompts, and interactive activities. After completing the quiz, you will be awarded a certificate of achievement. There is even a helpful video to aid in using the system.
